Technology Catalogue
According to the 2021-2025 Joint Workplan of UNICEF and Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs (MARA), China Water & Sanitation Technology Catalogue (WASH-CAT) was jointly developed by UNICEF, Academy of Agriculture Planning and Engineering (AAPE) of MARA, Lancang-Mekong Cooperation Center (LMC) of Ministry of Water Resources (MWR), and the international expert team from University of Science and Technology Beijing (USTB), with technical support from Vital Strategies. Building on the achievements of China’s “Toilet Revolution”, this platform aims to identify, showcase, and promote low-carbon and inclusive water and sanitation technologies and products by collecting and analyzing water and sanitation technologies in China. Through fostering resource sharing, the platform enhances information dissemination and online services for rural living environments improvement.
